Report Selection
1. Team Stats - This shows the Team Standings Report for the Division selected. Some Leagues offer the same Division on more than one night ie. Womens Division Tues / Wed. This Report will COMBINE the Team Standings across all the nights that the Division plays.
2. Player / Team Stats - This shows the Team Standings Report and the Player Statistics for each Team for the Division and/or Night selected.
3. Player Feats - This shows the POY or Player of the Year Report for the Division selected. It shows the top 10 Players based on a summary of five different Player Feats - Win %, Points Average, EFZ's, Points +/- and Consecutive Wins. All Players who have played a minimum number and percentage of Games to date will be assigned a POY Rank which appears in the Player / Team Stats Report.
E-mail Weekly Newsletter
The E-mail Weekly Newsletter is is actually several Reports combined and customized for each Team and the Division they play in. It contains:
The Team you play this week and the next, including where. The 'Schedule Report' for the Division that the Team plays in. The updated 'Team Standings Report' for the Division the Team plays in, including Team Fees paid to date. The updated 'Player Statistics Report' for your Team and your Opponent. The updated 'POY - Player of the Year Report' for the Division that the Team plays in. The latest League Message. The 'Joke of the Week'. The 'League Contact(s)' for who to call for what.
It is available on demand through the League website or automatically every week to any active Player on the Team who provides the League Office with their e-mail address.

Team Statistics - Team Standings Report
1. Team Rank - this is where the Team currently places in the Team Standings based on Team Round Points won. 2. Team ID# - this is the unique Team Identifier that appears in the Schedules. 3. Rounds Won - total of Team Round Points won to date. 4. Rounds Played - total of Team Round Points played for to date. It will equal the number of Matches played to date times the number of Round Points available to be won in each Match. 5. Points Scored - total of the Game Points that all Players have scored for their Team in all Matches to date. 6. Games Won - total of the Games won by all Players for their Team in all Matches to date. 7. Games Won % - the number of Games won by all Players divided by the Games played by all Players to date, times 100. 8. Games Played - total of all Games played by all Players for their Team to date. 9. EFZ Scored - total of all EFZ PLayer Special Feats that all Players have scored for their Team to date. See Player Statistics below for what each one are. 10. Fees Total Due - equal to the amount of Weekly Fees Due times the number of Matches in the Schedule. 11. Fees To Date Paid - total of Weekly Fees received to date. 12.Fees Total O/S - total of Weekly Fees outstanding for Matches played to date and for the balance of the Schedule. 13. Fees To Date O/S - total of Weekly Fees outstanding for Matches played to date. Teams who owe Weekly Fees will be hi-lited in red. 14. Fees Bal. of Sched. O/S - total of Weekly Fees outstanding for the balance of the Schedule.
Player Statistics - By Team Report
1. POY Rank - See Player Feats Report below. 2. ID No - this is the Players unique Identifier Number which helps the League Administrator identify the Player when last names aren't recorded and/or their name is illegible or misspelled. 3. Reg - an 'R' indicates that the Player has paid the League Registration Fee. 4. Skill Rank - the system has a Player Ranking function. When not used, all Players are given a "B" Ranking. 5. Points Ave. - the Game Points scored to date divided by the Games played to date. Since a Game Win is worth 10 Game Points, all Player Averages will be 10 or lower. 6. Points +/- - This indicates how many Game Points that a Player has scored either more than their Opponents or less than their Opponents, to date. Plus is good; Minus is bad. 7. Game Points - the total scored (from 0 - 10) by a Player for their Team for all Games in all Matches played to date. 8. Games Won - the total Games won by a Player for their Team in all Matches played to date. 9. Games Won % - the total Games Won to date divided by the total Games Played to date, times 100. 10. Games Runout % - the total number of "E" and "F" Special Feats scored by a Player to date divided by the total Games Played to date, times 100. 11. Games Consec. Won - the highest number of Games Won in a row by a Player, to date. 12. Games Played - the total number of Games Played to date by a Player for their Team. 13. "E" - this stands for ERO - Eight Ball Runout. It's a Table Run after the Break but all 15 Balls have to be there. Note: If the Player broke and then runs the Table that is an 'E' as well. 14. "F" - this stands for First Approach - Eight Ball Runout. It's also a Table Run after the Break but not all 15 Balls were there. 15. "Z" - this stands for Ten-Zip. It's for any Game that had a score of 10-0. 16. "N" - this stands for No Shot After the Break. It's purpose is to improve the stats by not recording these Games in the losing Player Stats. They still get credit for the Game Played. Not all Leagues use it.
